En serie böcker som jag bara älskar och som jag envisas med att pracka på allt och alla är Diana Gabaldon's böcker om Claire och Jamie, "Outlander"-serien (som den kallas "over there").
Jag kom ihåg att surfa in på hennes hemsida (http://www.dianagabaldon.com) häromdagen och såg då att hon nu har bestämt titel på bok nummer sju: "An Echo in the Bone". Hon planerar att ha den färdigskriven om ungefär ett år, så kanske att den ges ut under 2009?!
Och så gav hon lite "svar" på frågor om boken ifråga:
1. I hope to finish this book by the end of next year—2008.
2. It’s up to the publisher—not me—as to when the book actually appears on the shelves, once finished.
3. Yes, this is the book that follows A Breath of Snow and Ashes, in the main Outlander series.
4. Yes, it is about Jamie and Claire (other people, too, to be sure, but it’s still their story).
5. Yes, Young Ian is in it. So are Ian the Elder and Jenny.
6. Yes, Roger, Brianna, Jemmy, and Amanda are all in it, too.
7. Yes, there is time-travel in it.
8. No, I’m not telling you who, when, or where. [g]
9. No, this isn’t the last book in the main series, either.
Och så har den tredje boken om Lord John, "Lord John and the Hand of Devils", släppts i veckan. Så nu är julklappslistan fixad...
